McKay Stadium

McKay Stadium is a true multi-purpose facility with a huge variety of events held annually. It is Northland's premier indoor sports stadium which seats a capacity of 600-1700 people comfortably. 500m from the motel.

Hockey Northland

Hockey Northland has grown over the years to become one of the largest Hockey Associations in New Zealand. The facility now has three artificial water turfs, with the recent addition of the Currie Electrical Turf which opened in 2014. 400m from the motel.

Hātea River Walkway
